⦾ Bluestory A Special Encounter between Haegeum and Jazz
Gim Seo-ha’s first album, 『Bluestory』, is a work that shows new musical possibilities through a fresh combination of traditional Korean music and jazz. The album title, “Bluestory”, is a compound word of “Blues”, a basic element of jazz, and “Story”, meaning story, while also containing the meaning of “Tori”, a specific genre in Korean traditional music. The harmony of the haegeum and the jazz trio creates a cheerful yet lyrical atmosphere, adding a new sensibility to traditional haegeum performance. Through this album, Gim Seo-ha proves that the haegeum is not simply a traditional instrument, but an instrument that can create infinite colors by fusing with various genres.

⦾ Spring Music containing nature and emotion
Gim Seo-ha’s 『Spring』, which will be released on March 20, is part of the “Meet Gim Seo-ha’s Haegeum” project, presenting various folk songs and original compositions combined with jazz so that modern Korean traditional music can be easily accessed in everyday life. The warm and natural tone of the haegeum comforts tired hearts in modern society, and provides fresh emotions even in familiar melodies. In particular, 『Gift of the Star』 and 『Yellow Umbrella』 sing warm love and hope for children, and in the vocal version of 『My Trip』, Gim Seo-ha personally participates in playing the haegeum and singing, conveying even more special emotions.
